While growing up, Nick had watched his family successfully operate many diners including The Spot Lunch and The Tom Sawyer Diner in the 70’s and 80’s. You could say that the food service industry is in his blood. He has also managed and successfully ran the kitchens of many larger diners in the Lehigh Valley for several years. Nick soon became known for his specialty soups, desserts, and his traditional Pennsylvania dishes.
After 35 years of running other people’s diners, Nick and his family (wife Rania, son John, and daughter Gina) decided to open their own restaurant in Allentown in 2001. Nick is now living the dream of owning his own traditional “All American Diner” in the city he grew up in and loves. After all these years, “Nick’s Diner” is proud to present a large variety of traditional Pennsylvania dishes along with modern cuisine and delicious desserts. Nick’s is the place to go for the best breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
